We Welcome Dr. Bobby Kahn and Dr. Tanvir Rahman
Atlanta, GA—HIPnation welcomes Dr. Bobby Kahn and Dr. Tanvir Rahman! They are based in the medical building at Emory Saint Joseph’s Hospital in the Sandy Springs area.
Dr. Kahn received his BA (with high honors) from Vanderbilt University in 1984 and MD/PhD (with honors) from the University of Tennessee in 1990. He completed his residency at UCLA Medical Center and a Cardiology Fellowship at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia. He was on the faculty of Emory University School of Medicine from 1997-2009. Dr. Khan and his wife, Rebecca, have one daughter. He enjoys reading and traveling.
Dr. Rahman received his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (with honors) from Patna Medical College in Patna, India in 1993. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine from Albert Einstein University School of Medicine in New York and has been affiliated with Atlanta Cardiology and Primary Care, P.C. since 1999. Dr. Rahman participates is involved in community-wide projects throughout the Atlanta area.
Atlanta Clinical and Research, established in 2016, and provides all aspects of preventive medical and cardiovascular services, consultative medicine, imaging and laboratory services, and on-site nutrition counseling. They also participate in extensive clinical research studies, providing significant benefits to the community.
