Dr. Steed has been a family doctor for 18 years. After completing medical school at Wake Forest University School of Medicine and his family medicine residency at Florida Hospital in Orlando, he first served in the United States Air Force as a family physician at Moody AFB, GA. He then moved to Florida to practice in a traditional family medicine clinic with the Family Doctors of Belleview and later served as medical director in Belleview with the Villages Health. He has also been on staff at three local hospitals in his time in Ocala.
Dr. Steed started Walden Direct Primary Care in 2017. It brings him life to save people money while serving them with practical and available healthcare. Dr. Steed is married with 4 children and enjoys running, biking, and traveling. His real joy is to help people reach their fullest potential.
