Tammy Rivers, FNP-C

Tammy Rivers, has been practicing since 2013. She earned her nursing degree in 1988 from New York University.  She continued her education at the University of North Georgia and Georgia State University graduating with honors, and two years of postgraduate study at Functional Medicine University.

She is committed to integrating lifestyle change and holistic management strategies to help her patients achieve better health.

In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering and spending time with her husband and dogs.

Tammy sees patients aged 13 and up.
