Dr. Andrew Malinchak

Dr. Andrew Malinchak, D.O., is a dedicated and highly educated physician who brings a wealth of experience and a holistic approach to his practice. His journey in the medical field began with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Virginia Tech, followed by a Master of Science in Biology from Drexel University. Dr. Malinchak’s commitment to a comprehensive understanding of the human body led him to earn his Doctor of Osteopathy degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, emphasizing a hands-on approach to patient care.

With over 26 years of practice, Dr. Malinchak has treated patients in multiple locations, including Florida, Georgia (Covington), South Carolina, Maine, Connecticut, Michigan, and Nebraska. His dedication to global health was highlighted during a medical mission trip to Warsaw, Poland, in January and February of 2023, where he provided vital medical care to Ukrainian refugees affected by the war. As an osteopathic family physician, he employs his extensive experience to address a wide range of medical concerns, always striving to empower his patients on their health journey. Dr. Malinchak incorporates Osteopathic Manipulative Therapy (OMT) when appropriate and has a special interest in teaching, as well as treating conditions such as diabetes, asthma, hypothyroidism, chronic fatigue syndrome, and implementing bio-identical hormone therapy for both women and men.

Originally from Arlington, Virginia, Dr. Malinchak has called Georgia home since 1997. He is happily married to his wife, Tracy, and outside of his medical practice, he enjoys a diverse range of interests. Dr. Malinchak is an avid golfer, a passionate traveler, a dedicated gardener, and an enthusiastic explorer of restaurants and cuisines. His personal commitment to a mostly vegan, whole foods, plant-based diet aligns with his holistic approach to health and wellness, reflecting his dedication to not only treating patients but also inspiring a vibrant and fulfilling life.
