Dr. Nicholas Beaulieu

Dr. Nicholas Beaulieu (Bowl-you) M.D. completed a B.S. in Biology with minors in Chemistry and English at The University of Miami, Medical school at Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, and an Urban Family Practice Residency at California Hospital Medical Center in Los Angeles serving as Chief Resident.

He went on to work in the Emergency Department for the next eight years before opening Highland Urgent Care and Family Medicine now in its fifteenth year. He incorporated Highland Travel Medicine twelve years ago which specializes in infectious disease issues related to foreign travel.

Dr. Beaulieu, always interested in the treatment of the whole patient, went on to study acupuncture and Functional Medicine obtaining a Certification in Functional Medicine from the Institute of Functional Medicine.

Starting work at an early age in his families small business he rapidly developed an affinity for business. Applying this business acumen to medicine, he has thrived through the extinction of the solo practitioner. His current business model incorporates the tenets of Direct Primary Care, being one of the first practices in Georgia to adopt this model.

Dr. Beaulieu is a Father, Physician, and Businessman dedicated to the delivery of exceptional Primary Care achieved by developing a personal relationship with every patient.

Dr. Beaulieu sees patients of all ages.
