Stacy Fears DNP, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC

Stacy is a Nurse Practitioner, with 15 years of healthcare experience. For her, it is rewarding to give personable care, as she feels this is essential in developing a health plan that works for each patient. She designed her workflow in a way that affords her the opportunity of quality time that is needed to spend with each patient. She assesses adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients for annual physicals and acute and chronic illnesses for both medical and mental health concerns. In ensuring proper diagnosis, she interprets diagnostic and laboratory tests. Once a diagnosis is made, she treats with medication and/or non-pharmacological treatment plans. Lab draws are onsite for convenience.

She also offers many different services for both convenience and continuity of care. Sequence To Health offers onsite fitness classes with a Yoga Therapist, massage therapy/reflexology with a Licensed Massage Therapist, and skin care with a Licensed Esthetician. This dream of a community within a community, where people can come to receive all their healthcare needs has been a vision of hers for 16 years. It is her pleasure to finally see this vision complete and she welcomes you to take a journey with her to your ultimate well-being.
