Dr. Robert M. Licata

Dr. Licata moved to Atlanta in 1974 to attend Emory’s undergraduate program. He went to medical school at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta and completed his pediatric internship and residency at Kosair Children’s Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky.

Dr. Licata established Pediatric Associates in East Cobb in 1989 and Pediatric Associates of Johns Creek in 1999. Dr. Licata served as Chief of the Department of Pediatrics at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta at Scottish Rite from 1992 to 1994 and was Medical Staff President at Scottish Rite Medical Center in 1996.

He is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. He is the Chairman of the Board for The Children’s Health Network PHO and also serves on the board of The Children’s Care Network.

Dr. Licata lives in Roswell with his wife and they have five sons. Dr. Licata sees patients primarily at the Marietta Office and is sometimes available to see patients in the Johns Creek office.
